• Copying any notice or record - $1/1st page, $0.25/ each additional.

EDOCS AND EFAX

• eDocs – additional charge: 
• Page 1-15: Free
• Page 16+: $0.05/page

• eFax – additional charge:
• Page 1-10: Free
• Page 16+: $0.15/page

EMERGENCIES AND JAILHOUSE APPOINTMENTS

• Starting rate - $100, plus additional needed notary fee for each notary event, using the GENERAL RATES.
• All appointments between 10pm and 6am will require a special rate, depending on the time and location, and will be quoted when the service is requested.

MORTGAGE SIGNING
(purchase or refinance)

• Starting rate - $75 to $200. Included:
• Setting and meeting appointment with borrowers.
• Printing eDocs or faxed docs if needed.
• Supervision of signing process so all marks required are done, AND at least double checking while still in the appointment location.
• Insuring that dates on date sensitive docs like 3 day rescission pages are correct.
• All notary work required, including separate certificates as required.
• Packaging for shipment to closing location Shipment processing - The package's shipping COST should be arranged and paid for by document producer in settlement office, and air bill or account numbers included, otherwise you should add shipping cost of $25 for FedEx Priority shipping

RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGES – 1st, 2nd, home equity (HELOCS).

• Both purchase & refinance 1st or single mortgage - $75
• 2nd mortgage - $30 ($105 total)

(all packages above are noted as being completed in a single signing appointment - any needed additional appointments will be totaled separately unless it is caused by notary error (Overnight delivered package documents - NO CHARGE. ABOVE APPOINTMENT CHARGE DETAILED ABOVE)

Distance is determined by base zip code of 01887.

For clients not attached to a title company, or other professional offices the following travel fees and appointment times outside regular hours apply. For time outside my normal business hours stated here, please call for quotes. 

• $5 – less than 12 miles**
• $10 – roughly 12 miles away
• $12 – roughly 15 miles away
• $15 – roughly 20 miles away
• $20 – roughly 25-35 mils away

**A $5 minimum travel fee applies for all clients. Count on discounts for repeat business and professional office clients!

Please note, because of rapidly changing gasoline prices we reserve the right to adjust these rates as required.

WE ARE PLEASED TO NEGOTIATE TRAVEL FEES for repeating professional office clients. These are based not only on "gas mileage" but on time traveled that can't be used for another appointment if it's used for yours! Mileage further than 60 miles round trip, as required, may be slightly higher, and will be custom quoted for your appointment. When you call for your appointment, we will check your location and quote your actual travel fee in advance so you will know for sure in advance of the fee required.
